JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (has to be based in London or close-by)
Start: March 2026
Type: Full-time

WHO WE ARE:

Ad Astra is a boutique social media agency rooted in storytelling.

We act as facilitators of stories, shaping narratives that feel authentic and human, while still supporting growth and visibility. We hold the structure so our clients can stay close to their essence, trusting that consistency and authenticity create their own momentum and community.

We work with founders, brands, and creatives who want support in translating who they are in real life into an online presence that feels aligned. Our work is intuitive yet intentional, always tailored to the individual client.

THE ROLE:

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real responsibility and ownership of their projects. You’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day running of our clients’ social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Linkedin): supporting content creation, owning content calendars, scheduling posts accordingly, writing captions, reporting, engaging communities and keeping everything organised and flowing.

This role is designed to grow alongside you. From the start, you’ll take real ownership of client accounts and content delivery, with close support and mentorship from the founder. Over time, there’s space to expand on your strengths and interests, creating a role that supports your zone of genius.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Preferably 2+ years experience in social media, digital marketing, or a similar role

  • A naturally warm, proactive presence who enjoys taking ownership of projects and executing on an idea

  • Creative, with an eye for storytelling and turning ideas into engaging content

  • Motivated by doing meaningful work well, with an understanding that growth comes from consistency and genuine relationship with our clients and the internal team

  • Organised, independent, thoughtful in how you work, and able to hold multiple moving parts and priorities

  • Energised by small-team environments where your work really matters and you want to contribute to its overall growth and success

  • Very confident using design and editing tools such as Canva and CapCut (Premiere Pro or similar) to bring content to life

  • Familiar with scheduling and planning tools like Later, Planoly, or similar platforms, and comfortable keeping content flowing consistently

  • Naturally attuned to elevated aesthetics, with an awareness of social trends and what’s unfolding across the creative industries

  • Curious, adaptable, and open to learning

  • Bonus, but not a must: comfortable being in front of the camera.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • A full-time role where your voice, creativity and ideas genuinely matter

  • A warm, collaborative and deeply intentional team environment

  • Remote work with the opportunity to work with the founder in person

  • A flexible, trust-led approach to working hours

  • A culture that values wellbeing, balance and sustainable creativity

  • The ability to grow quickly with your role as the company grows

  • Competitive pay, based on experience
